Missed Call Alerts

DaVinci Connect’s Missed Call Alert system allows end users to retrieve list of all the calls that were missed, because the user was either not reachable or was busy on another call. In such cases users will receive the missed call alert over SMS.

Other Add-on Features:

  • - Users can also define an "out of coverage area" message that can be delivered to the callers when the user is not reachable. (Similar to the Out of office email)
  • - Users can define a list of callers who should receive the out of coverage area message

Voice Mail

Allows caller to leave a voice message to the called party when called party is not available due to:

  • - Mobile Phone is not in the coverage area
  • - Mobile Phone switched - off by the subscriber
  • - Phone busy
  • - Mobile phone user is not answering any incoming call

For Voicemail retrieval, Apart from the regular features of retrieval over IVR, following are supported:

  • Voicemail to Email
  • Voicemail as MMS
  • Voicemail on WAP client (Visual Voicemail)

Notify Me

NotifyMe is a Value Added Service which helps callers complete calls that are otherwise not completed either because the called party is switched off or in out-of-coverage area.

  • NotifyMe is a basic messaging service for non-voicemail users, offering notification to the caller as soon as the desired called party is back into the network.
  • NotifyMe can also be extended to take an auto callback request. As soon as called party is back in the network, a call between both the parties can be established.
