Voice and Video Platforms
IMImobile has developed a common platform for both Voice and Video interactive services. This is built on industry standard Dialogic hardware with a unified platform built on the Dialogic Application Programming Interface (API). This supports IVRS (Interactive Voice Portals), Ring Back Tones (RBT), Video Portals, Voice and Video applications such as Voice/Video Mail, Missed call alerts etc. The system has a comprehensive API that can be used to build a variety of applications. The platform supports a variety of protocols for video such as:
Circuit Switched – H324M based Video telephony with SS7/ ISDN
Packet Switched – SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) with RTP (Real-time Transfer Protocol)
Packet Switched – RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol)
The platforms are currently being deployed for a number of customers worldwide including Vodafone, Airtel, Idea and BSNL. |
